A. No joint filers must take the course separately
Q. Can another person purchase the course for me?
A. Yes, another person can purchase the course for you
Q. How much does the course cost?
A. The cost for internet is $12.50 teleconference is $42.50.
Q. When is the certificate of completion for the course available?
A. The certificate is available as soon as we confirm identity after completion of the course. You can call us to confirm your identity but it is also our goal to contact you for verification. This process is expedited if you call but our goal is to call and mail, fax or emails your certificate within three days.
Q. Who will receive the certificate of completion?
A. The certificate will be sent to debtor or the debtor's attorney. This preference is specified by the client during the online registration
Q. How is the certificate of completion sent?
A. email, fax or U.S. mail
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Payments are accepted online. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, money order
